We assist insurance companies to place people
in homes temporarily. The insurance company will pay a premium for short term rentals to
ensure their people are placed quickly and well. Tenants start with a 3 month lease and go month to
month after this. Average leases tend to be 6-9 months depending on the time it takes
to rebuild home. 1.5 months security deposit. $200 non refundable cleaning fee. Rent paid by insurance
company (never late!!). Fee to Added Value Realty is first months rent.
